The Eastern and Central European and Central Asian Commission on Drug Policy (ECECACD) is a group of high-level leaders advocating for better drug policies across the region. Its Commissioners are former Heads of State, politicians, business leaders and philanthropists, cultural and political personalities coming from different countries of the region. The Commission generates research and evidence-based recommendations to take stock of the failure of prohibitionist drug policies.
